Shipping policy

We provide safe and reliable pan-India shipping. Once an order is placed, it takes 2–4 working days for processing. After dispatch:

• Metro cities: Delivery in 5–7 business days

• Other regions: Delivery in 7–10 business days
  During festivals, sales, or unforeseen delays, timelines may slightly extend.

A tracking link will be shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched. Please ensure correct contact details and address to avoid delays. Express delivery is available in select cities at an additional charge.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or missed attempts, we will try contacting you. If unreachable, the parcel may return to us, and reshipping charges may apply.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse delivery and inform us within 24 hours with photos for resolution.
