Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging with tags.

  • Return must be shipped to our warehouse within 7 days of approval.

  • After inspection, refunds take 7–10 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customised jewellery

  • Used/worn products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items

  • Silver coins & festive limited-edition boxes

  • Clearance/final sale items

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged or wrong.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
