Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

After inspection, refunds take 7–10 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged or wrong.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
